Paul Krogh, age 79, of Rochester, Wisconsin, passed away on February 11th, 2024, at his home surrounded by family.
Paul was born on September 4th, 1944, to Elmer Krogh and Kathleen (Osius) in Racine. He married Mary Elizabeth Werner on September 27th, 1969. He graduated from Park High School in 1962.
Paul started his career at Young Radiator and later took an apprenticeship at Wisconsin Pattern, where he continued to work for 35 years as a pattern maker. He ran CNC machines, worked in the wood and metal shop and created the patterns for Ford and many other companies. After his early retirement from Wisconsin Pattern, he worked for another pattern shop for a year or so, before joining American Champion in Rochester, Wisconsin. Paul worked in the American Champion machine shop for ten years, retiring at age 71. After his retirement, he spent his time with friends working on airplanes and cars, tinkering in his workshop, riding his bike, camping, and working on his many hobbies. He was a long time member of his church.
Paul is survived by his wife Mary (Werner), his children Jennifer (Kenton Powell) and Carolyn (George Nellesson), his grandchildren Annabelle; Ruby Callan; and Jase Powell, his sister Susan (Krogh) McCroskey, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends. Paul is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on February 16th, 2024 at Community Church, (455 S Jefferson St. Waterford, WI 53185), from 3pm until time of service at 4:25pm. An open house reception will be held after service at Integrity celebration center, (2789 Browns Lake Dr. Burlington, WI 53105 ), following the service.
